Before You Apply

To ensure a smooth review, please prepare the following ISACO documents:

  • ISACO Framework (PDF) (for reference)
  • Quality Manual (using the ISACO Manual Format)
  • Completed Questionnaire
  • Supporting evidence (policies, procedures, records, KPI reports)

Application Process

ISACO certification follows a clear, structured process:

  1. Submit Application
    Choose your desired certification level and submit required documents.
  2. Documentation Review
    We verify completeness and alignment with the ISACO Framework.
  3. Systems Assessment
    We evaluate your operational systems, controls, and evidence of implementation.
  4. Audit & Verification
    A formal assessment confirms eligibility for certification.
  5. Decision & Issuance
    Successful applicants receive a certificate, verification ID, and approved seal.
  6. Annual Renewal
    Certification must be maintained through periodic review and renewal.

What Happens After You Apply?

After submission, ISACO will contact you with:

  • Confirmation of receipt
  • Any missing documentation requests
  • Next steps for assessment and scheduling (if applicable)
